About Me.
So this is the only space on this website that I am in full control of (lucky me) and so I thought I would use this page to give you a background on how I have gone from the legal sector to owning my own development company.

The truth... I was a terrible employee, if I thought something could be done better that was the only way I was going to do it... you could say that that was the beginning of the road into property.

My best friend is a solicitor and is saving up to buy a new build property, I thought this was great! Until I started looking into new builds and quickly became annoyed at the complaints people have/

Issues as the finishing on the house being awful, exterior walls that do not pass building regulations. This annoyed me. Young people spend years saving up fora house to call their own and are being left wishing they never bothered.

This is just wrong, and it comes down to profits over quality.

This was not something I could let go, so if you think you can do something better then go and do it! So I have and Rhenium Developments has been born, to serve our communities in a better way.

Offering high quality finishes to affordable housing projects that allow our firm to thrive but allowing you to be happy.

There is also the flip side to this and that is the landowners. It becomes easy to lose faith and allow that pub to become run down or that office block to become empty and fall apart. It happens!
But that does not mean that you should not be paid a fair price for the land. That is why I believe in options, such as getting the planning on the land for you and then buying that land at a price that you want.
All of our projects we take on we do so because we know we can help the community.
So with that in mind I prepared a little video below, so you can get to know me in more detail.
